Membership in the Grease Police is very limited. We are only looking for the most
dedicated kitchen exhaust cleaners in the nation. If your goal is to simply do a
mediocre job, and get away with whatever you can, join some other organization.
Currently the Grease Police is an invitation only association. This is to ensure
that the hood cleaners who are involved are very serious about what they do.
Our screening process is much more thorough than organizations that simply ask
for proof of insurance and a check for a few hundred dollars.

need a gas guzzling heated pressure washer to get exhaust systems to bare metal.
We are also only using a two man crew now, we often ran a three man crew in the
past. We now operate from a little truck, as opposed to a 3/4T full size van, which
has doubled our fuel economy.

hours in the shop with failed experiments and many hours in the kitchen with

blasted away at the grease with our big machines. In in 2006 I found The Grease
Police & with new technology through deep cleaning foam I found that we could do
a better job & be more efficient. That meant "really" cleaning to bare naked metal &
NFPA 96 standards. Today I feel that DC Services is the elite in this industry & I
personally know & the customer can see with before & after photos that they are
getting there "ENTIRE" system cleaned to the code requirements as specified. In the
last yearr our new accounts have rose 40% requiring a additional service truck &
